Beautiful house with very peaceful surroundings. Perfect view while drinking morning coffee or even just doing dishes. Very clean and well stocked. Loved all the cooking and serving options provided so we could cook big meals at the house and not have to eat out a ton. We loved the fire place and screened in porch for games and meals. We did use the outside fire pit but the wood provided was too big, so bring a hatchet if you want to use it. Otherwise we just bought wood at the Publix. Highly recommend this house and location.

We were wowed and thankful for such an inviting home to stay in for a visit with family for a few days. Excellent cleanliness and spaciousness, lots of natural light and windows, terrific surroundings, quiet and beautiful, comfortable and comforting, peaceful, welcoming. We loved the porch, the swing, the woods and trails, the kitchen (wowee) where we cooked together, the solitude, and the fact that there are two levels with separate bedroom areas in each, and a king-sized bed on each floor, which was something we kept looking for and were so happy to find. We could retreat to our bedrooms (and separate bathrooms) at night, and gather in the common areas by day for lots of togetherness. We died Easter eggs one day with our toddler and got precious photos. We drove into Chattanooga one day, down the mountain, and were glad for our retreat at the end of the day. We loved it.

Beautiful, spacious home - and it was actually CLEAN!!! We have stayed in several rental homes around Tennessee now and this was the first home we booked that was *actually* clean!! It was comfortable, it was stocked with all the essentials we needed to feel at home and actually cook a few meals for ourselves. The covered porch was lovely to relax on and we had fun roasting marshmallows in the outside fire pit. Pretty drive to Chattanooga. An SUV or truck would have been the best vehicle to get down the gravel driveway, but we made it ok in our little Corolla! ;-) Thank you for taking such good care of the house!

Perfect long weekend stay for our family. We loved hiking at Cloudland State Park, and it was easy to get to Chattanooga for daily activities. Groceries were close by too. We would stay here again!
