Located in the beautiful Acitrezza at only 35 minutes from Taormina and 15 minutes from Catania city center this property stands out in its neighborhood for its position and styling. Building process of this apartment ended in early 2023 therefore the house features new furniture and appliances all around. For safety reasons we do not have a old style gas cooker, we preferred greeting our guests with all the latest induction technology, same applies for the water boiler located externally to the house. Our strength is most definitely the breath taking view from the panoramic terrace, there you can enjoy some good time in the lounge corner and also use the ultra modern washing machine hidden in the typical Sicilian tiled sink and drying area. The living/kitchen area is wide and light full thanks to the many windows surrounding it. Our design bathroom features a double head shower, over 2 meters long and can comfortably accommodate two people at a time. All furniture around the house features soft closing for uninterrupted silence and relax. The bedroom is simple and elegant and features a balcony and a secret walk-in wardrobe hidden behind the mirror. It can be accessed by simply pushing and the door gently shuts automatically. Our wide private parking can accommodate two big cars or 3 smaller ones, we also leave a water access point with a pipe in case you want to give a rinse to your car.
