In Concarneau, we offer you this charming 51 m² apartment with sea view, 300 meters from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you! The apartment comprises - A 20 m² living room with dining area, sofa bed and TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A master suite with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room. - One bedroom with 2 single beds. - One bathroom. - Separate WC. Exterior: - A large 16 m² west-facing terrace with garden furniture. Communal area: - Shared outdoor swimming pool, 20x10 m, heated, open from June to September, with child safety (cover and fence), unsupervised. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence. - A large 20,000 m² park to enjoy on sunny days.

Schon vor Ankunft gab es viele gute Hinweise zu Schlüsselübergabe und viele Tips für die Umgebung. Das war sehr hilfreich und nett. Die Wohnung war komfortabel und gut eingerichtet. Alles Wichtige war vorhanden.
Appartement bien situé, bien équipé. La tapisserie est défraichie mais l'ensemble est propre. Un lave-linge aurait été un plus pour des séjours de plus d'une semaine. Pas de commerces à proximité. VMC très bruyante même dans les chambres.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Appartement dans résidence de tourisme, bien équipé et correspondant au descriptif, je recommande
très joli appartement, fonctionnel.

The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town center is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 meters from the apartment.
