Welcome to Moravetz Villa, a lovely apartment in the immediate vicinity of Városliget (City Park). You'll be in the shade of sycamore trees in a peaceful corner of the city not far from the center. The apartment is on the lowest level of a historically listed villa built in 1901. You'll have a shady garden for your own use, including a grill and furniture. If you're quiet, you may even meet our hedgehogs. The brick walls ensure a pleasant temperature even in summer, so there's no need for AC. The flat has 2 rooms: an open American-style kitchen with an attached living room, and a bedroom with its own door. The flat is partially below ground level, but it has a special architectural solution known locally as an "English trench", which means you have FULL-SIZE WINDOWS and plenty of air and light. The "English" space serves as an excellent smoking terrace.

Barbara und micheal waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben proaktiv kommuniziert. Die Gegend ist super ruhig und schön. Die Wohnung grosszügig, gut ausgestattet, jedoch aufgrund der Lage im Gaus etwas dunkel

Loved this charmingly decorated place in a beautiful historic building in an idyllic neighborhood tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It’s just next to city park as well as the train station and access to public transit. Barbara and Michael were very communicative, reliable, and friendly. Would stay here again, no doubt.

Prettig in groene wijk gelegen appartement. Vlak bij stadspark, waar je ook goed kunt parkeren. Michael en Barbara reageren echt heel erg snel en volgen ook snel verzoeken op. Het is een ruim en makkelijk ingericht appartement, half verzonken. Koel in de zomer, met ruime gelegenheid Bedden erg goed, schoon. Eenvoudig ingericht in monumentaal pand. Aanrader.

Gazda a fost foarte receptivă și utilă. Ne-a trimis instrucțiuni clare despre cum să ajungem la apartament și a fost mereu disponibilă pentru a răspunde la întrebările noastre. Aș recomanda cu siguranță acest apartament oricui caută o cazare excelentă în Budapesta. Este o locație excelentă, dotările sunt excelente și gazdele sunt foarte prietenoase și ospitaliere.

The location of the property is optimal. It is located in a district known for stately villas housing offices and residences of foreign diplomats. On our street, you'll find one of the most interesting buildings in the city: a studio villa reminiscent of a knight's castle. You'll be a few dozen meters from the Városliget (City Park), where you'll find the country's largest playground, as well as museums, cultural centers, a running track, gastro and retro bistros, dog runs, and even a BalloonFly experience. And if entertainment is your goal, the party district is only a few stops away via the city's most important bus lines: 5, 7, 110, 112. Transportation is extremely good. There are several supermarkets, ice cream parlors, and gyms nearby.

出行信息

Parking on Abonyi utca (street) is available for free during the weekend from Friday 20:00 to Monday 08:00. Otherwise, you will have to pay an hourly rate as marked on weekdays between 08:00 - 20:00. Two-wheeled motorcycles park for free.
As mentioned, public transportation is excellent from our neighborhood. The busses running along Thököly / Rákoczi come frequently and take you great distances across the city, but most importantly into the city center (Blaha Lujza tér, Astoria, March 15 square, the foot of Gellert Hill, etc.) We are 2 bus stops from Keleti station and metro lines M4 and M2.
