Lovely quiet apartment, great location for exploring central Berlin, much in easy walking distance but also close to trams/buses/trains. Very clean, beds & linen all clean, kitchen good, nothing to complain about & highly recommended.

Our family of four, including two teenagers, loved staying at Leonid’s beautiful apartment. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood of ‘Mittel’ it was a great base to discover Berlin. There are grocery shops, restaurants and public transport all at a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is spacious but homely and well finished. The check in and welcome went perfectly and I am sure that any questions would have been answered quickly should we have had them. We would recommend Leonid’s beautiful apartment as a great family home from which to visit Berlin.

A beautifully renovated, impeccably decorated apartment. With modern amenities and traditional touches. Leonid was super friendly and responded very quickly. Our check-in host Yannis was outstanding. He greeted us at a time suitable for us as we were travelling and walked us through the property. We were a last minute booking and are so grateful we found this place! I couldn’t recommend it enough! Just around the corner is Ristorante Bonfini, we ended up eating there twice because it was the best Italian we’ve had outside of Italy. We were also able to park in the street but it was more expensive than the parking garage a few blocks over. Leonid was helpful in providing that information. The bedding was really comfortable as well!
