Crimson Moon house is a spacious and rustic home situated in Lemoentuin, Malgas, on the banks of the Breede River. Ideal for families (property is fenced in with gated access to the river) couples, or a group of friends. Spend your days boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, cycling, canoeing, reading, cooking or just relax and do nothing. This is a special place to connect with yourself and loved ones. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 of which are en-suite with showers. The 3rd Bedroom has a full bathroom (shower and bath) next to it. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, with a separate bathroom (shower). There are a couple of mattresses available should your small children want to sleep in your room with you. The living area is open-plan. A fully fitted kitchen, dining room table, and lounge area. The covered verandah is spacious, and offers seating around the built in fire place, and a 10 seater dining room table. There are 2 fridges available, one in the kitchen (with freezer) and another on the verandah, ideal for drinks. Also available is a dishwasher and ice machine. The games room offers table tennis and a pool table. The Kol kol is built into the deck with magnificent views of the river and rolling hills. The Kol kol can accommodate 4 adults. The large garden is the perfect place for children to run free, play games, or try their luck at catching a little fish. The jetty has a covered seating area, offering respite from the sun, as well as a lovely ambience to enjoy drinks, snacks and to serve al fresco food. Wood can be purchased on-site for the braai and kol-kol. Fresh harvested rain water is available for drinking. If preferable, please bring bottled water. An extra blanket is provided per room. If you feel the cold, please bring extra. There is no back-up during load-shedding. Whilst we do have a few torches available for use, please bring your own. Candles are available for use outside only. If you require general cleaning during your stay, please notify us before your arrival to discuss options.
