This is the perfect place to unwind and completely relax. Less than 2 hours from Melbourne, Maryton Park is positioned in a beautiful lovely valley with scenic views that has Steavenson River running alongside. There are 4 acres of lakeside gardens beside our serene lake stocked with trout. Only 5 minutes from Marysville’s many attractions, waterfalls, golf, fishing, bushwalking and snow. Fully self-contained with equipped kitchen including all bed linen and towels provided. The house is great for couples or enjoy with special group to share a lovely stay together. It is a homely, warm house with a layout that includes 3 bedrooms with queen size bed in two bedrooms and a double size bed in the third bedroom. Set up for adults (sorry no children under 13), it is fully self contained, featuring large bathroom complete with bath, wood fire, air conditioning, a full size kitchen and laundry with washing machine. A large open living room has a lounge and dining area decorated with that country touch. The verandah is a lovely spot to relax and opens onto the property garden and overlooking the lake. A small fenced backyard area includes a charcoal style bbq. There are three self contained seperate family cottages on the property. We also have a studio style cottage for a couple across the courtyard near the house. Guests have the option to then include extended family or group when planning a getaway together. Guests are offered a tasting of port and chocolates complimentary and freshly ground local coffee for the plunger. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake while sitting on the verandah with a glass of wine and take it all in. Leave the city stress behind. Bring your own fishing rods, catch a trout and cook on the BBQ beside the lake while enjoying a refreshing glass of wine or chilly beer with the family.
