Location was great for us as we were attending an event at Barber Motorsport Park. Convenient to dining out and in a quiet neighborhood. Linens and beds were fresh. Driveway has steep entry which was an issue for our low clearance vehicles, had to park on the street.

Kathy is a top notch host. We had an issue with the downstairs heat and she had her team over to amend and repair the problem immediately! She’s seriously top notch!

Do Not Stay here! We rented this house for a month starting 10/09 and only stayed 2 nights due to bugs being in the place. They had to call an exterminator and then ensured us that the place had been recleaned and disinfected and all bugs removed. We returned on 10/16 and the place was still covered in bugs and no cleaning had been done. We left again and requested a full refund which the Host would not do. She gave us $2500 off of our almost $9K rental price for the month. SO, We spent over $6K for two nights in this dump! Bed Bug casings were found by exterminators and i have proof of the inspection report.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!We paid over $1200 and the house had roaches that were on the kitchen cabinets, in the refrigerator, and bathrooms. The bathroom upstairs had mold in the gout/ tub paint was pilling off and spider webs and dirt lined the tub. Kitchen drawer was falling apart /most of the kitchen cabinet drawers were painted shut... The shutter in the front of the house was broken and hanging which was a safety hazard. Both the front and back porch railings were very weak and about to fall. The house was terrible. parking was nonnexistent on one side of the property which was not advertised. I let the host know about these issues with pictures within 2 to 3 hours after check in I also let Airbnb know but due to the house being inhabitable for myself and family(inclding kids) i had to request cancellation. Both the HOST and Airbnb refused to return my $1200.00+ for this slum lord housing which was truly disheartening/ It was truly disgusting! Never book with these people!!
