LOCATION: -The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. -Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. -The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. -Please note that you cannot on street park any vehicles in this vicinity. (But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.) ADDITIONAL NOTES: -Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. -This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic. -The unit has central air, but being it is a 2 floor unit with 2 levels, at times the power of air conditioning may compete with heat rising. -Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds. -Please be aware Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents.
