The location of this apartment was excellent if you plan on visiting the UNCC campus. The apartment building itself was okay though with a lot of trash around the complex however we never felt unsafe. The room was relatively clean, but it did smell strongly of smoke which we were unable to get rid of even with the windows open. I would recommend bringing a set of earplugs as well which should be obvious given this apartment's proximity to a college. The unit had the basic kitchen and bathroom items necessary to get by. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we managed. This is a good spot for younger visitors with tempered expectations.

I booked this Airbnb because it was relatively reasonable for the price and it was close to the venue I was attending a wedding at. Some pros: has utensils and items in the kitchen to use. Full kitchen so I ate in one night instead of getting something to-go or eating out. Had towels and all that as well. Also a washer and dryer is a nice bonus! The apartment was clean for the most part; some areas were missed, like toothpaste on the mirror. Some things to consider: the property at large that this apartment is in isn’t maintained very well. There was a lot of trash around and they had security officers walking around during the day, which raised some questions in my head. I could hear the neighbors upstairs more than I cared to, but I was able to sleep. My biggest concern was the smell. The property is supposedly “non-smoking” but it smells of smoke pretty strongly in there. I did bring this to Keith’s attention, so hopefully he is able to remediate this before the next person’s stay.

This is a perfect place to stay if you are college aged or early late 20's. If my parents had stayed here I don't think they would have enjoyed the space. It is near UNC Charlotte so there are a lot of college kids and parties. This was no issue for us and actually got invited to the parties, so very friendly neighbors! We loved the stay and the area, but I could see this location not be for everyone!

In town for a convention and this place was a great value for me. The place was clean and had everything I needed. Felt very comfortable there.
