Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature at our guest cabin in Jordan River/Diitiida. It is central to Juan de Fuca's playground, were so many adventures are waiting to happen from surfing, hiking, beachcombing to storm watching. We welcome everyone to come enjoy this beautiful part of the world. Pipers Nest is a 400 square foot cabin with an open concept living area on our 2.5 acre property. Bright, modern, cozy and newly built, its set up for relaxing and unwinding. Some things to enjoy while here: ~Outdoor Antique Clawfoot Tub with Epsom salts provided ~Fire pit outdoors~wood, paper and matches provided ( unavailable during fire bans) ~Indoor Gas fireplace ~Concrete Floors ~brings slippers or warm socks, floors are not heated. ~Queen bed with cotton bedding ~Fully stocked kitchen with basic spices, oil, Organic Fair Trade coffee, sugar, a variety of teas, and popcorn with an air poping machine. ~Bathroom we supply Vegan/ Cruelty free soaps, shampoo/ conditioner, body cream with towels and face cloths. ~A Loft for you to use above the kitchen for relaxing, reading or star gazing through the skylight. We have tried our best to create a natural, relaxing and welcoming environment for you when you come to our cabin. We hope you can unwind and enjoy what we love so much about this area and our home.

What a remarkably lovely spot. A perfect place if you are planning on exploring the hwy 14 areas.
All I have to say is WOW! This place is stunning and the attention to detail is top notch. The home is stunning and the space is very private. You can feel a lot of thought went into this space. They were very wonderful to communicate with. Every question was thoughtfully answered. I would 100% recommend this place and these wonderful hosts. Thank you for a memorable stay!
Absolutely loved this stay! We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Everything was as described and Becca sent instructions and helpful tips prior to our arrival, cell reception is spotty heading out this way. The outdoor tub is such a lovely touch it was so nice to unwind and stare out at the beautiful woods. Even our pup Pippin was able to settle in and feel right at home.
We had an amazing stay at Piper's Nest! Such a beautiful and quiet location nestled in the rainforest. Really enjoyed the cabin's design and amenities and all the awesome hikes and beaches in the area.
The perfect place to go if you're looking for a quiet escape. The cabin itself is adorably cozy and well-stocked with everything you could want or need. There are multiple trail heads/parks/ocean accesses nearby. The Jordan River area is stunning! Do yourself a favour and have a bath in the outdoor tub! It's incredible!

Jordan River is a quiet community 30 min drive west past Sooke on Highway 14 and 45 min drive to Port Renfrew and Botanical Beach.
The closest grocery store is Sooke and is best to grab some food in your way here. There are a few coffee shops and restaurants within a 15 min drive as well.
The cabin is located on the ocean side of the highway on a no through road making it nice and quiet. China Beach Park campsite is a 15 min walk away form the cabin and from there you can walk to the beach through the forest on a groomed trail. You can also access a beach through a more intermediate trail 5 min walk from your cabin at the end of Petrel Rd.
You can park beachside at the Jordan River waterfront which is a quick 2 minute drive east from your cabin. Enjoy expansive ocean/mountain views, a house made baked good from the Cold Shoulder café, or watch surfers and kiteboarders playing in the sea while staying cozy warm around your beach fire.
We recommend having a vehicle while staying in Jordan River. Many of the areas highlights are not within walking/biking range.
Free parking is available throughout the whole community.
