We had a great week! The house was fabulous and the view spectacular. Kids loved the pool and there were many details that made us feel welcome and at home. Thank you for having us!

This was by far our best Airbnb experience ever. Diana's place is even more flattering in real life than the pictures. We enjoyed everything from the huge and extremely clean pool outside to the sunbeds and the seaside right outside the doorway. The place is peaceful and quiet but with lots of activities which we enjoyed inside, such as board games, TV, cooking and making a BBQ. The house has lots of places fit for socializing and gathering around, which was perfect for our group of 8 longtime friends. We had a blast at the house, but also experienced some of the tourist activities in Lefkimmi. The house was so cozy that we barely wanted to ever leave. We also had our dog Ash, a Labrador with us. He also had the time of his life in the huge yard and enjoyed a swim in the sea almost every day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, including options to cook from scratch if you'd like. Overall, we are grateful to have been welcomed here.

A hidden paradise. A gorgeous house, fully equipped with everything you need, as if you were at home. Extremely clean and well maintained. Room cleaning few days a week was a great bonus. Spacious rooms, a wonderful terrace from which you can watch the sunrise. The place is perfect for families with children - a calm beach, without other people, fine sand and very shallow water. The pool is very well maintained and is real fun for the kids. The hosts are very kind and responsive. It was the perfect vacation for us. We found nice restaurants in the nearby villages, along the river in Lefkimmi, as well as in Petriti. You can walk along the beach to the nearby beach bar. Everything was just perfect.

This villa is beautiful, spacious & well furnished with lovely luxury personal touches, all in a peaceful location. A large comfortable open plan area downstairs, everywhere immaculate. All the bedrooms have huge comfortable beds with quality bedlinen & well appointed ensuites. Plenty of exterior seating areas for relaxing, or eating, with a great outdoor fully equiped kitchen & BBQ. On your doorstep is a long quiet sandy beach gently sloping into a warm clear sea with great snorkling. The large inviting pool has plenty of sunloungers & shade. 3 well stocked supermarkets are 10mins drive & a 20min walk to good local tavernas, as a family of vegetarians it was a case of choosing 7-8 delicious starters, limiting if you're a couple & prepare for mosquitoes walking home. We did visit some beautiful beaches, but in then end you already have everything at the villa. Diana & Spiros have thought of everything to making sure you have the perfect holiday and it was just perfect!

A piece of paradise! This is a breath taking spot, enhanced by the different viewpoints, the garden and pool areas, the terrace and then the second floor terrace, where you can marvel at the sea and mountain view which constantly changes colour, with a mesmerising effect. It is called sunrise beach house for a reason. Take a coffee on the second floor terrace and watch the sunrise over the mountains for an incredible start to your day. The property is so well appointed, you have all you need. It is incredibly clear that the fabulous, friendly hosts have been in the industry for many years. We thoroughly enjoyed a stroll along the shore to the beach bar for a cocktail or spot of lunch, equally cooking in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen was fun while the lids played in the pool. The very close, quaint unspoilt town of Lefkimmi is charming with its riverside restaurants, whilst the town of Kavos is a short journey for the partygoers! We couldn't recommend the property more.
