I absolutely love this place! I stayed just under a month. It was just as shown in photos. Was perfectly cozy for just me! I love the neighborhood. It was walkable and people were friendly. Mall and grocery store one block away. Conveniently located near other destinations like El Poblado and Laureles. Kitchen had what I needed when I wanted to cook. Security staff was excellent and helpful and patient with the little Spanish I knew. Loved the loft/bedroom area. I worked a lot during day and it was great that I had a separate area to work. Laundry was nice and free. I will definitely be back!!

As an avid traveler, I’ve stayed at AirBnB’s all over the world and this was one of my most disappointing experiences. We had a frustrating check in when we were treated rudely by a security guard and things went downhill from there. The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly, we found hair everywhere, and the couch was sunken in the middle and extremely uncomfortable. The rug also needed a good vacuum and the apartment is extremely hot and stuffy. On top of that, there was ongoing construction not mentioned in the listing throughout the duration of our stay. We ended up having to leave early because the noise interfered with our sleep and work and because it was extremely difficult to communicate with the host who continuously made me feel like a burden for expressing these concerns. The pros are that it’s near a grocery store and mall, walkable to some great cafes, easy for Uber pick ups, has one functioning washer and dryer, and the terrace has great views.

The place is exactly as described and in photos. If you’re one person travelling solo and looking to work remote it will work very well. If you’re a couple and planning to spend most of the time out of the apartment, it will work well. Pros: Great rain shower. All appliances worked. Belen is a great neighbourhood to walk around and soak in atmosphere. Fantastic lunch spot right next door! Apartment manager is quick to respond. Free laundry! Secure. Cons: Apartment is bland and uninspiring. Very generic ‘Airbnb’ apartment that lacks any character. If you want to stay in an apartment in Colombia that contains no indication you’re in Colombia, it’s perfect. No view. The rug was dirty and worn out. We said something and it disappeared for three weeks! The ‘sofa’ is also worn out. Should be replaced. The windows do not bring in a breeze. Ultimately, it’s a building full of identikit Airbnb apartments. You’ll never meet the owner which sums up the impersonal nature of it.

El air bnb estaba súper lindo! Lo amé! Todo tan limpio, una vista muy hermosa de día y de noche. Ir al cuarto piso para ver la ciudad fue hermoso! Había muchos lugares alrededor a menos de 3 minutos para comer, conocer o ir a pasear. Especialmente el mall que ahí mismo hay donde cambiar dinero. Muchos restaurantes pequeños que vendían comida todo el día. Un área extremadamente segura. Y me fascinó que siempre hay seguridad y el nivel de seguridad es excelente! Piden identificaciones y toman foto de quien esté en el edificio en todo momento. Camilo y su asistente súper atentos y nos atendieron en todo muy rápido cuando se necesito algo. Cama y todo muy cómodo. Descanse tan agusto cada día de mi estancia. Y el precio es bastante bueno. Fue el mejor air bnb que me eh hospedado en toda mi vida. Quede enamorada de este lugar. Muchas gracias Camilo! Súper recomendado!!!
