I had an incredible stay at Steve's place for two months! Steve is exceptionally kind and helpful, always quick to respond. The apartment itself is fantastic—beautifully renovated, spacious, and perfectly located in the center. The price is very reasonable for such a high-quality place. A couple of minor things to note: you can hear rats at night talking and walking behind the walls, but we only saw a rat poke its head out of the ceiling once. Additionally, the stairway leading up to the apartment is quite high up and can be exhausting to climb. It’s not very clean either, with some people using it as a bathroom. However, this reflects the surrounding area, not the apartment itself. It’s in Cambodia, and you can’t expect the locals to clean the stairways. It’s in the middle of the center market—what else do you expect? Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I truly enjoyed my time in Steve's apartment and fell in love with living there. Highly recommend!

Steven's apartment is very good and spacious. Great location, lots do around, great amenities. Steven was very helpful and polite.

Steve was a great host! He met us and welcomed warmly, was always ready to help and give some info. The apartment was very bright and specious. AC in every room will make sure you'll survive the +35°C heat outside just fine :) the bar stand and entrance to the roof top are two great bonuses as well!
