This place is close to the Dallas airport. Within walking distance to Addison circle park. We came to see the eclipse at a point of totality and it was the perfect location. The park is nice for kids to get some energy out with several stores and restaurants along the way. The place was easy to find. Covered parking in a garage was a plus. The place was spacious and comfortable. Lots of extra touches such as drinks and snacks from the host. The roof top pool was nice and had grills. Couldn’t have had a more responsive host. She always responded quickly and was super nice. I would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for this area.

The Flat was a good home away from home while some maintenance was done on our house. The apartment was clean and convenient. Several restaurants were available within walking distance.
