Very rude host. She was disrespectful of our time and effort as we drove 4 hours to get to the location just for her to cancel 11 minutes before our check-in time. When asked why she cancelled, she only left us on read. We asked the caretaker and he said that the pool was broken and that they can't accommodate us. This was supposed to be a happy New Year's celebration with our family but we ended up spending the whole of our first day looking for a place to stay. We deserve compensation because of the last-minute cancellation and how irresponsible the host was.

My family and I had a great stay in Joahnna's place. The house was beautiful, clean, quiet and so comfortable! It's a good jump off point for tourist spots in Tarlac but it's also a very cozy place just to stay in and bond with family. Joahnna's friendly and very responsive to queries. Five stars!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Joan's home. The caretakers were also responsive with all our questions. The place was nice and clean and felt really home-y. The only problem was the faucet in the common bathroom. Other than that, the caretakers and Joan were really helpful with everything.

Thank you, me and my friends had a great time in this place! It’s indeed a luxurious place. We loved the house! The only problem would be the insects that are getting inside the house, the faucet in the bathroom located in the aisle, and the flush from the toilet situated outside near the swimming pool. But overall, it’s all good. The caretakers are also helpful.

Great place! Lovely home! We felt right at home and the place is huge! Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious! I love the garden setting but we ate mostly inside because all areas inside the house is air-conditioned. The pool is just the right size to do laps or just chill! Ang saya! We also brought our bike, we were able to ride around the subdivision. Worth the visit...we will definitely come back!
