Nice house, decent location in Baldwin County. New appliances and fixtures. House equipped with everything needed to be move in ready for the most part. The only major negative comment I have is about the A/C thermostat settings. The home has a smart thermostat that doesn't allow the temperature to be adjusted below 78 degrees on cooling mode due to homeowner programming. The house was constantly an average temperature of 72-74 degrees for the duration of our visit. This is not good in lower Alabama for the spring/ summer seasons with our level of humidity taken into consideration.

We needed a place to stay since our floors were being torn out at our home. We had 3 adults and 1 teen with 2 dogs. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space in the main living areas. The neighborhood was quiet and walking the dogs easy. You could choose an easy route or a hilly one for your walks. There were a few things that were disappointing. The 2 main reasons we picked this place over a few others was the fenced in yard and the nice working space in the kitchen. We have 40 lb dogs and the fence was in disrepair and had plenty of holes that they could have fit under the fence to get out. (may have been some repair done on the fence after we left). The kitchen had a nice workspace but very few tools to work with. No oven mitts, measuring utensils. storage containers etc. We had to be creative to be successful in the kitchen. If you are planning to eat out and be on vacation though, this place is a great option!
