The area to which the house is located is really optimal, since it is the prop of all the rain to feel quite isolated. The farm is crossed by a green road, full of cyclists, cyclotourists, passejants... and the house is surrounded by fields and woods. 7km from Cassà de la Selva, entrance to Parc Natural de les Gavarres and just next to the Massís de les Cadiretes, which is separated from towns like Tossa de Mar.
The house is a 15 'walk from the center of the town of Caldes de Malavella, with its two spas (Vichy Catalan and Balneari Prats) with gaudir facilities for a good session of thermalism. A population that has interesting Roman runes and gaudeix of all the essentials.
At his turn he had the train station to play, ideal for a trip to Girona without having to kill the cotxe. I can't say that Girona's old quarter has a marvelous charm and no wasted tea. Here yes, we are speakers of a city with a very good offer of leisure, culture and gastronomy.
Finally I had the beach 20' from the cotxe. Platja d'Aro, Sant Antoni de Calonge, s'Agaró, St. Feliu de Guíxols, .... towns with a lot of charm, with a lot of life and essential walkways along their coastal paths voracious to the sea.

It is always preferable to come with your cotxe, especially if you plan to go to the beach. But the exceptional location of the house allowes you to come by train, since it is just 10 minutes from a pleasant walk. This same train is the one that can also take you to Girona in 15 minutes or Figueres, or Barcelona in one hour, traveling with a frequency of 45'. It is the line that connects Barcelona with France and perfectly works.
Bicycle: great!... A fun experience is to ride the bike to the train and move around Girona with a bike.
