The condo comes with a queen bed , air conditioning , ceiling fan , smart tv, and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry. This 24 hr secure community is only a few minutes away from the famous 7 mile beach for restaurants and entertainment . On location you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets as well as snorkeling in a nature preserved fish sanctuary. Enjoy a relaxing stroll around the property to admire the gardens, lounge by the pool, chill at the beach or take a walk through the path at the West end of the property which leads you to Bloody Bay Beach (part of 7 mile) Great for people watching, lobster lunches, cold drinks and live music at Office of Nature. Don't forget your souveneirs at the local vendors along the beach.

Great place to stay very quick on response time. Super clean and I love the location! I definitely will be returning. Negril had an issue with the water shortage and Lisa and Steve were very understanding and considerate to my needs!
We had a nice stay in this lovely neighbourhood. The swimming pool with direct access to the beach offers an amazing view. Highly recommended! You need a car or a driver everytime you would like to go out the country club as there nothing like coffee, restaurant etc… at a walking distance.

We just left a beautiful airbnb and enjoyed our stay. It was in a gated community and always felt safe. We a had a FABULOUS driver, Pampy, who took us anywhere we needed to go. The swimming pool and private beach were wonderful as well. we will definitely be back

Relax in our 24 hr security gated community with private beach on a fish sanctuary and infinity pool just a short walk to Bloody Bay Beach for cold Red Stripe or rum with live music at Office of Nature or souvenir shopping with the locals.
Just a 5 minute or about $1 us/person route taxi drive (red licence plated) to grocery stores , restaurants and Seven mile beach. Grab a taxi at the front gate if unsure security will assist you. We can also help arrange a trusted driver for your convenience. Some of our favourite restaurants (Catch a Falling Star, Rock House, Skylark, Kuyaba or Charela Inn many will send a driver to pick you up for free and return for charge if a reservation is made.

Returning home to Jamaica we knew Negril was the place to be with my Canadian wife. There is nothing like watching live Reggae bands on 7 Mile Beach at our favorite spots like Roots Bamboo, Drifters or The Boat Bar. Great chill spots all along the beach with cold Red Stripe and great local Jerk chicken, lobster or fine dining. In 2019 we found this perfect spot Little Bay Country Club which gives us the perfect Island life .
