The stay was fantastic and the apartment was the best apartment I booked so far

The Good: It was a Nice apartment that was easy to get to and well located in Brussels. The app is a useful feature for getting into the building and apartment. It was close to metro and walkable to restaurants and bars. Having a balcony made for pleasant morning coffee experiences on weekends (when there was no construction) The not so good: Construction noise. As other reviews have mentioned there is a lot of noise from construction outside. There is no AC which means if it gets hot you have to open windows which make the construction noise worse. We would get the smell of cigarette smoke on the bathroom - not sure why. A couple nights there was no hot water so I had to take cold showers. All things considered this was a fairly good place to stay but it had a few drawbacks.

L’appartamento è molto luminoso e risulta identico alle foto. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’acqua calda che è stato prontamente risolto dallo staff. Unica pecca è che gli infissi non isolano benissimo e si sente il rumore della strada.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement ! A 15 min de la Gare Bruxelles Midi en métro, a 10 min à pieds de Grand Place. L'appartement est très propre, très confortable, moderne (refait à neuf) et avec tout à disposition. L'arrivée dans l'appartement se fait très facilement et pas besoin de clés ! Juste une app et un code donc très pratique quand on voyage à plusieurs :) il y a une possibilité de bagagerie mais plus éloignées du centre. Nous recommandons vivement !
