My only disappointment was the “4th” bedroom, which was not really a bedroom. It’s part of the lanai that has been converted into an office that is enclosed with ac and a door to the backyard. For privacy there’s a sliding glass door with curtains. And the bed available there is a day bed (about the size of large twin bed). But everything else was perfect. With the included air mattress you can sleep about 11 people. Airbnb has 3 actual bedrooms, 1 office room that has the daybed. A Murphy bed in the living room. The living room couches were nice and comfortable for a relaxing night of movies. Very big table in the lanai for a family dinner or breakfast. Owners included beach chairs and 1 umbrella which was a really nice perk. And the best part is that the beach located only 10 minutes away. Neighborhood felt safe. We would stay there again. Great property with a lot of space. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. We enjoyed the back screened in patio and the close proximity to Siesta Key beaches & restaurants. House has beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels which made it nice for guest flying in and not able to pack those items. Host had great line of communication, and responded quickly. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We love our stay ! I highly recommend Lewis’s place it’s a perfect location!! The property was cozy, it’s a well-stocked house with a perfect layout for spending time with friends and family . The beds are really comfortable . The house was spotless and clean . We appreciated the hosts' communication found the host very accommodating by giving us a last minute booking . We especially loved the beautiful water view and our kids had a great time playing golf in the backyard while we were able to relax in the comfortable screened in veranda . I hope to come back and be able to spend more time.!!

A very nice, well-maintained place in a quiet neighborhood and convenient with easy access to I-75. We arrived late at night and had a problem using the access code so we called the host (Lewis) and he immediately answered, was pleasant and the access was addressed promptly.
