We lived in the apartment for more than 2 months (November, December, and part of January). We can highlight the wonderful view from the window and the balcony. Breakfast with a view of the sea was an integral part of our daily life, as well as daily walks along the beach - just a couple of minutes, and we were by the water. We consider the location fortunate - 30 meters to the viewpoint on the central street of Rambla Nova. The apartment had everything we needed for daily life: a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a TV in each room, and a washing machine in an annex on the roof. The house is standalone, so we only had neighbors below, and they didn't bother us. The windows of the distant room overlook a mini-garden of the adjacent house with coniferous trees, where you could hear birds singing in the evening. Jesus warmly welcomed us on the first day and gave us a tour of the house. He told us about secret restaurants where they prepare the best local dishes.

This is a wonderful flat with one of the best views in town. If you are worried that it is a tourist centre and it will be noisy - don't worry. All you will hear is the noise of the sea. The Mediterranean Balcony is a stone's throw away (literally) with most tourists not coming down to the house and it really is a very quiet and pleasant place. The house itself is old (in a good way!) it has thick walls and at +30 degrees of heat outside in the living room is quite cool. But the upper floor is heated by the sun and the air conditioning is very useful there. The flat has everything you need for a long stay. We stayed there for almost a month and the only thing we bought was a pizza knife. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, great new dishwasher - everything is there. The view is really lovely. At the beginning of July we caught the fireworks festival in Tarragona and, in fact, it really paid off the cost of the flat. Our rooftop had the best view! It was amazing.
