Overall, house met the needs of our family but there were a few things that as a superhost myself the house was lacking. We were there for a college graduation and our plans were to have family dinners. There was only one knife but was extremely dull and unable to cut anything. There were no measuring cups. A few small storage containers but not enough...we could have used saran wrap or aluminum foil but there was none. There were no washcloths in any of the bathroom linen closets and we actually went to Walmart to buy a few. Then on the third day of our stay we needed to do a small load of laundry and there was not laundry detergent... and as we were searching the cupboards in the laundry room for soap we came upon a pile of washclothes in the cabinet. The temperature dial for heat & AC appeared to be controlled remotely. House was cold and couldn't get it to a comfortable temperature. There was no "manual" for the house that would have been helpful for many things & nearby places

Excellent location, easy access to grocery stores, quick highway access, and local restaurants. The home looked like brand new construction, very comfortable, landscaped front/back, easy to cook a meal, and plenty of room for everyone to be together or have their own space.

Pedro’s house was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Pedro was a responsive host and everything went very smoothly.
