This place looks like the photos. Pool needs to be tended to (unfortunately we couldn’t use it because it hadn’t been maintained in months it seemed) you’re paying for the view. It’s self check in and they are very strict on check in and out times. The maid was standing by in the garage 5 min before our check out time. That’s how we found out there was laundry onsite just not for guests. We had an activity planned in fajardo and asked to drop our bags 2 hours before check in so we wouldn’t have luggage on a boat and after Hannah/ Victor said yes they immediately pivoted blaming the “cleaning service” when that pool wasn’t even cleaned lol. My group of 9ppl had to scramble so we wouldn’t miss our boat. I’d say this is the danger with airbnb, you’re subject to stipulations, even with a self check in. Best of luck if you stay here ;)

Our stay in Rio Grande was an absolute dream come true! The house offered breathtaking views of the rainforest, making every morning an awe-inspiring experience. It was a pleasure to wake up to such beauty and tranquility. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we were well-rested and ready to explore each day. The house itself was beautiful, combining elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that a lot of thought and care has been put into making it a perfect retreat. We could not have been happier with our choice. This place is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway with nature right on their doorstep.
