Caulfield East · 公寓里的独立房间 · 1室1床1.0卫 · 可住2人 · Cosy, Comfortable, and Convenient in Caulfield
Welcome to my cozy and inviting apartment just a stone's throw away from fabulous shopping, public transport, and local cafes and shops. This charming private room is perfect for guests who are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay after exploring Melbourne, shopping at Chadstone, or studying at Monash University. The apartment is one of 10 in our 1960s built 2 storey apartment block, it is on the first floor (one flight of stairs up) and has no apartments bordering it to the sides, so it's fairly quiet. It has a living room with tv, games console and sound bar, comfortable sofas and a pretty outlook to the street. Your room has a double bed, bedside table, and foldable table/desk you could work from if needed, we have fast wifi. There are wall hooks and hangers to hang clothes or towels from, and if you need to you may use the wardrobe, though it contains my belongings as well. There is free parallel parking in Tattenham Street which is usually readily available. It is restricted to 1 hour's parking between 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday, but is not restricted overnight. If you are bringing your car and need daytime parking, let me know. I have a parking permit you can use.

Welcome to Caulfield East, a vibrant and diverse neighborhood located just 10 kilometers southeast of Melbourne's CBD. This dynamic area is home to a wide range of cultural and social attractions, making it the perfect base for your stay in Melbourne.
One of the standout features of Caulfield East is its proximity to Monash University, one of Australia's most prestigious higher education institutions. This makes it an ideal location for students or academics who need easy access to the university. In addition to the university, there are a number of other educational institutions in the area, including Caulfield Grammar School, Glen Eira College, and the Australian Catholic University.
Caulfield East is also known for its fantastic shopping and dining options. The area is home to the iconic Chadstone Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping centers in the southern hemisphere. Here, you'll find a wide range of luxury boutiques, high-end department stores, and designer brands, as well as an impressive selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars. There are also a number of smaller shopping precincts in the area, including Glen Huntly Road and Koornang Rd in nearby Carnegie which has tantalizing array of places to eat and explore.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, the neighborhood is home to several parks and green spaces, including Caulfield Park, Princes Park, and Hedgeley Dene Gardens. These parks are ideal for picnics, walks, or just relaxing in the sun. If you're a sports fan, you'll also appreciate the proximity to Caulfield Racecourse, home of the Caulfield Cup, one of the most prestigious horse races in Australia.
Caulfield East is well-connected to the rest of Melbourne, with easy access to public transport. The Caulfield Railway Station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city and other parts of Melbourne. There are also several bus routes that run through the area and the 3 tram also close by that can take you direct to St Kilda.
Overall, Caulfield East is a fantastic neighborhood with plenty to offer visitors. Whether you're here to study, work, or play, you'll find everything you need in this dynamic and diverse area of Melbourne.
There is free street parking in our street, it's restricted to 1 hour parking between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. However I have a parking permit that can be supplied, just let me know in advance if you'll be needing it.
Caulfield Station, which is an interchange station fully staffed from first to last trains, with a customer service office, is 10-15mins walk away - we are also accessible from the 623 and 624 bus routes and the 3/3a trams (which stop at Caulfield Station between St Kilda - Malvern)
自我介绍
I'm a life loving, people celebrating, positive soul who enjoys new places, great food and striking up a conversation wherever I go. I can't live without great coffee, conversations with old and new friends and a comfortable bed at the end of the day. I've been a lot of places and found that there are few that compare with the bustle of Instanbul, the sheer New Yorkness of NYC and the comfort of a fresh espresso in the laneways of Melbourne. My movie choices run to the good guys winning and people finding their soulmates and if my nose is tucked into a book you can be fairly confident that I will be reading about a grisly crime and a gritty, gutsy detective. If I'm staying at your place you can relax knowing I'll leave it better than I found it. I can't imagine treating your home any different than mine. I'm careful, tidy and I rarely drink red wine, so your lovely furnishings and carpets are safe from me. If you're staying at my place you'll find it much more home comfortable than home beautiful, and I'm fine with that, I'm relaxed, my style is the same. My life motto? No regrets, no excuses. Life's too short for either.
