The house is immaculately clean with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We are located at the end of a cul de sac with space for multiple cars to park. We are a 4 minute walk to Billericay High St/Train Station (0.3 mile). We are also a 10 minute drive or bus to the lovely village of Stock. Ideal for families. We co-share the garden with family who own a friendly labradoodle. Bedroom 1: King size bed, smart TV and en-suite. Bedroom 2: Double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 3: Ground floor Sofa Bed (Please note Bedroom 3 is for over 4 guests only/upon request and will include a higher nightly rate). Bathroom: Accessible Ground Floor wetroom with toilet Office: Office Space contains 2 desks and a clothes rail. We have a travel cot, high chair and baby bath.

What an absolute gem of a house and I cannot rate the hosts highly enough. I booked this for a base to get ready for my wedding with my kids and I couldn't have found a better place. Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful garden and the house is light, spacious, modern and cosy. The hosts were attentive and on hand but also left us to it and I can't thank them enough for everything.
Very responsive host, lovely property, close to the local town and train station. Private road and parking. Very well looked-after property with good amenities. Would stay again!

We just completed a 10 day stay at Tom and Stacey’s home whilst visiting my wife’s family in the nearby area. We were traveling with our 9 month old baby. The house sits on a quiet and peaceful cul de sac just a few minutes walk from Billericay High Street and station. There are supermarkets, pubs and restaurants within short walking distance and many of them are also available on Deliveroo. Their property is beautiful, modern and clean. There are thick, comfortable carpets in the upstairs bedrooms (both ensuite), stairs, landing area and study room. Downstairs there is a toilet/wet room in addition to a lovely lounge/dining room area and a very well equipped kitchen with all your latest mod cons including nespresso machine and large fridge with ice dispenser. They were very thoughtful hosts - lending us baby equipment which made our stay a lot easier. We found them to friendly, hospitable and very responsive to all queries. Thank you so much! Hope to be back in the future!

The house is situated at the end of a quiet and lovely wide cul de sac where you have the best of both worlds being 5 minutes from the bustling High St and then being away in a quiet peaceful location backed onto a nature reserve which the trains go through but it is quiet and we rarely hear them. We are also a 5-10 minute drive to the beautiful village of Stock.
We are a 5 minute walk to Billericay High St and Train Station where you can get buses/trains to Basilson, Chelmsford, Stock, Rayleigh etc. Parking on the High St itself is limited however, there are many big car parks behind the high st (Waitrose) and Billericay High St Car Park. We are a 5 minute walk to Norsey Woods Forest and Lake Meadows Park.

Hi everyone, I’m Stacey. I am married to Tom coming up to 4 years. We have a young baby born Feb 2023! We bought a house with my in-laws in 2021 due to my father-in-law being unwell. He is sadly now in a care home. We converted the house into two houses and share the garden. We heard about the Airbnb idea through a friend and believe families would really enjoy living in our home as it’s right near the High St but also hidden near nature!
