Pictures clicked by us so it looks the same n no professional photography gimmick. 3 wooden cabins in a row with a small green patch of grass. central ,cosy wooden cabins touching a lane.This big cabin is split into 2 with a wooden wall / door but with seperate entrances to each cabin . interconnecting another cabin with a door in the middle so noise of loud tv loud ,talking from the next cabin is heard.KINDLY DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER .CABIN NOT SOUND PROOF so no complaints about this pls YOU CAN CHECK ZUPERB WOODEN CABINS ONLINE ALSO TO GET MY DETAILS - Ac , refrigerator/ TV and tatasky - small kitchenette with amenities - water filter - kettle - free wifi & a landline to make calls within India - common clothes drying stand - induction with pots pans cutlery - iron - attached bathroom with shower & commode - toiletries - linen - free wifi n parking in our lane. - tea / coffee / milk / sugar sachets - cleaning alternate day but no change of linen. - invertor only for a light and fan upto max 3 hrs at one go. Beds with normal thick not soft mattresses . Bedsheets,Bed cover ,towels etc can be different than what shown in the pictures as we keep buying more n changing but natural . Cabins with lot of greenery so doors should be shut if scared about frogs,lizards etc .

Good place for a reasonable price
It’s great although - because two rooms are so interconnected and if you get noisy neighbours it’s almost impossible to sleep. -the location is nice but still couldn’t sleep because of too much Noice from interconnected rooms.
Mani is a great host. He was very proactive with his communication and helped me throughout my stay. The home was just like the images and had all amenities that were mentioned. Recommended.
Excellent stay. Mani was very responsive to all my queries. Would recommend it to anyone staying in North Goa. Accessible and near to all major beaches and hubs. A clean and private place with no interference from outside. Every amenity provided was excellent.
Mani is a great host.. place was peaceful and beautiful. One needs to have a vehicle to travel around .. the cottage was worth living furnished and well maintained.

TOTALLY CENTRAL BUT QUAINT LOCATION IN ASSAGAON.ALL GOOD RESTAURANTS AND CAFES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.BOMBAY GOURMET A NICE SMALL SUPERMARKET CLOSEBY TOO.
All good restaurants like Bawri ,Avos kitchen,Kefi & cafes like Sabor,Babka,bloom n brew etc etc are within walking to driving proximity.
Clean and decent log cabins located off the main road of Assagaon in a lane .All residential houses are around our cabins .A store n wine shop closeby.VERY CENTRAL AS ONE SIDE VAGATORE, ANJUNA ,MORJIM ASHWEM BEACHES AND OTHER SIDE BAGA AND CALANGUTE

In goa wherever you are staying you will require to rent a scooter / bike or a 4 wheeler as no Ola or Uber .Taxis not easily available.
