Convenience! Stay near everything at this centrally located Veteran owned home in the ❤️ of El Pueblo, entrada San José. Restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and more nearby. Utuado is home to the Indigenous Ceremonial Park, an Island's precious Taíno legacy dating back more than 800 years. Visit the Rain Forest, caves, rivers, coffee farms and lakes, they offer a variety of activities. For more to do, check out the guidebooks on our page! Reasonable and in the center of Utuado! The GPS will direct you straight to the house. AC, central- convenient location, safe, cozy and with private parking for up to 2 cars. If that's all you need, why pay more? It accommodates a maximum of 7 guests (additional charge for more.) Security cameras, 3 bedrooms, 4 beds (one queen, two full, and one twin). Screened security windows and doors, 4 AC units (1 in each bedroom, and in the living room. Internet, Wi-Fi, HDTV-Roku, Netflix, 1 full bath with accessible shower. Washer & dryer, gated including private driveway. Hammocks, covered patio with sitting and dining area, dominoes table, grill, and cooler. A minute drive from the plaza- downtown, close to all of Utuado's businesses and points of interests. We are looking forward to hosting you!

Wonderful spacious home! Plenty of room for a family of 7. Strongly recommended. I will definitely be staying here in the near future!

Iris’s place is home away from home, it has everything you need. It’s very roomy and comfortable. The outdoor space is amazing, peaceful and so tranquil with the sound of the river. Family can enjoy the hammocks while cooking on the BBQ. I would definitely recommend staying here as Iris is a great host and very responsive. She checks in on you during your stay and provides nearby restaurants options. The area is close to shopping and bakeries for freshly made treats. We look forward to staying at her place again. 🥰 Thank you so much Iris for the wonderful hospitality. ☺️

Iris was an amazing host, great communication. Property was in pristine condition super clean looked exactly like the pictures. I would definitely recommend it, it is the perfect size for a family and gives the cozy at home feel. Wouldn’t hesitate renting her property again for future trips.

Convenient-central location, in the heart of Utuado, on Avenida Rolando Cabañas- entrada de San Jose. The home is close to everything! 2 minutes drive to Downtown and Plaza. Nearby local restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, food trucks, pharmacy, gas stations, barber and beauty shops, post office, walking track/sports center. 13 minutes from the Native Indian Ceremonial Park, 10 minutes from Lake Dos Bocas, 13 minutes from Lake Caonillas. Bars within walking distance, 1 minute from hospital. 23 minutes drive to La Poza beach.

I was born and raised in Utuado, right in this neighborhood. Our home was built over 60 years ago and we remodeled it for my family enjoyment and yours! Utuado is a city rich in Native Taíno Indian culture and has the main Taíno Indian Ceremonial Park on the island. We also have two main lakes, coffee farms, many rivers, a rainforest, and caves. Weather, food and people in Utuado are amazing! This is a must stay. Welcome home!
