Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything needed exactly where it’s expected to be found. Propane grill was excellent. We used two nights. The home was cozy and clean. The Deer were all around every morning and evening. They love strawberries and watermelon 🥰 Location was great

Great stay at Joanna's place. Quiet neighborhood, very clean, comfortable, and there were beautiful sunsets on the back deck.

Beautiful & Serene. I loved having my coffee on the back porch in the morning watching all the deer. It was really close to everything. Nothing overlooked here to make the trip as enjoyable as it could be , from the rafts to spices in the pantry, lots of extras we were t expecting.

Spent the weekend with the family on a nice, quiet getaway trip. The place was very well designed and clean with lots of resources and amenities. The grill was real easy to use and the va k yard was amazing. We brought our two dogs and they enjoyed seeing the deer. We had no issues and had everything we could ask for and more!
