The Clifton area of Cincinnati, sometimes known as the "Gaslight District", is a neighborhood of the city nestled north of the University of Cincinnati. Attractions include Ludlow Avenue (sometimes known as Clifton's "Main Street"), which is peppered with fun shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. Some of my personal favorites are Ambar Indian restaurant, Ludlow Taproom, and the Esquire Theater. Other attractions in the area include Mt. Storm Park and Burnet Woods Park, as well as the world famous Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens.
If you're visiting to explore the city of Cincinnati, this house is only a 10 minute drive from downtown! You can catch a Reds game at Great American Ballpark, Bengals game at Paycor Stadium, or FC Cincinnati match at TQL Stadium. Or if sports aren't your thing, take a ride on Cincinnati's free streetcar to Over-The-Rhine, a neighborhood just north of downtown. There, you can find tons of boutique shops, restaurants and bars with unique historic architecture. Rhinegeist brewery has a wonderful view of the city from their rooftop!
Whether you are here for a relaxing week with the family, in town for a sporting event, or visiting with some friends to explore the city, you will be in the perfect spot to experience it all!

This property features a private driveway with enough room for 2 cars comfortably, and more space if needed. Street parking is also free. Ludlow Avenue, Burnet Woods, and the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens are all within a 1 mile walk of the property. Downtown Cincinnati and Over-The-Rhine (OTR) are a 10 minute drive or Uber/Lyft away.
