Overall, our experience staying at your property was positive; except for the issues with the shower heater which was not functioning properly during our stay. Despite several attempts to adjust it, we were unable to obtain hot water for bathing, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was insufficient, resulting in a less-than-ideal showering experience. The flow of water was too minimal to effectively rinse off. I understand that issues like these can arise, and that you have also suggested for us to call maintenance ourselves but we were too also busy to do so. I kindly request that the necessary repairs or adjustments be made to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Apart from these concerns, I was generally satisfied with the amenities and services provided at your property. I appreciate your prompt responses and assistance during our stay. Still a 5 star rating for me and will definitely be back again.
