I am constantly traveling, some places are good, bad, and just ok. I have to say that this unit and host was perfect for me. This host had everything you needed for a studio private room/unit. This particular stay was exactly what I needed for this type of stay. Super clean, all the amenities you needed for just one person and everything you can think of that you may need a single traveler or a travel party of just 2... this Host and Unit is what you need. I hope and looking to get can get the same unit again because I'm in that area every 3months.

Wilfredo’s place was not worth my time or money. Host was very unclear about instructions on when I asked where to park. I parked where I thought I was supposed to park for two nights then on the final night at 12:30am he messaged me asking me to move my car. The room had no thermostat to set a temperature, so it was either freezing or really hot. In fact I woke up every night sweating because the AC had not ran for several hours. The toilet did not work properly everytime you wanted to flush you would have to take the back off the toilet and lift the flapper. This clearly is an issue he knows about because there’s instructions on the toilet, however they’re in Spanish and I don’t speak Spanish. To enter the property you have to physically lift a heavy wooden fence gate to open the gate door or else it gets hung on the pavers and won’t give you enough space to get in. Also it’s very loud. Overall highly disappointed, and I would not stay here again.
