Clean and quiet place to stay. As a result, it is pretty far from the centre of Dalat. The hosts and their employees are always ready when I need something. Great experience!!!

Pluses: - Very friendly staff with great customer service - Accessible location, quiet and peaceful surroundings - Clean room with enough necessities - There’s a ‘wait room’ if you get there before your check-in time - Quick to service: Staff knows the area and efficient in solving requests. Minuses: - The door is broken, we had to close and open with extreme force and it made loud noises, we were afraid we might disturb other guests. - Bit far from the center, about 5km to center. We thought it was near since it was only 11 minutes drive, but apparently all the locals asked us why we stayed so far and it was inconvenient every time we went out because we had to drive through all these hills and bendy small roads. - The bathroom is quite small with the toilet almost touching the walls so we had to sit in a specific angle… - The picture shown might not match the room in reality because everything is smaller than how we perceived through these pictures.

The hotel is very far away from the city. The room was very dirty, damp and loud. We were glad to get out of there. Worst stay we had in Vietnam.
