This 3-storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite. Upper floors accessed by stairs only. In the lounge you will find a sofa bed to accommodate the 5th guest - additional linen fee will apply. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to an incredible number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes. With a heat pump on the ground, middle and top floor achieving optimal heating and cooling is easy. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. Excellent little 2 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Great helpful host to find and provide a place at short notice.
House was great; clean and new. There is no assigned carpark which became a problem when we checked in, but we found carpark on the street on the next days. The bedroom on second floor doesn’t have air conditioning and the weather at Christchurch was extremely hot. Walking distance from CBD.
