1. Kitchen had just 1 coffee kettle. tell me one thing if kitchen doesn't have any equipment, utensils then what's the point of kitchen? Why people book a place with kitchen? 2. We ordered food and the guy told that it will take 45 mins; after 1hours 30 mins and multiple calls, food did not come. We had to walk to the club house and were requesting our food, half an hour passed by; again no response. Finally I again called the owner and he said that they are preparing the food. Our food came after 2hours and 30 mins (and I am not exaggerating); Had he told us its gonna take time, we would have gone to the city and had lunch. 3. Nevermind, later we requested for 3 things at the time we checke; - an extra bed (bcz we were total 8 folks) - Electric induction; so that we can atleast make tea for us; - Water No response; After multiple calls to the owner; eventually things came at night. Bizzare!!! We paid ~sixteen K for spending most of our times coordinating with owner. Money Wasted

Actually this location is away from the main road and it requires quite some driving skills to reach the top of the hill where there are multiple Villa accommodations. Biggest challenge is mobile network that doesn’t work most of the time and the host was not reachable. The actual property (Tulip) was the pnly saving grace as it has ample space and privacy for 10-12 people. However there are absolutely no other conveniences nearby- even a cup of coffee would take 1 hour to get as the club house and its response is pathetic. Best suggestion- plz carry all cooking essentials. No refrigerator or Ac as well although we felt in the night it was pleasant with the mountain breeze. I would recommend the owner to revisit the driveway and put proper signage from the mainroad.
