Pros: Traicee was an excellent communicator. If I had an issue that could be resolved, she was quick to answer. Walmart was close as well as places to eat. Kitchen was great! Cons: I wish I’d known the lack of water pressure in the home prior to my stay. We had two little ones and it made giving baths difficult and even showers tough. She did offer to send a plumber out, but we just didn’t want someone there during our stay. We used the washer/dryer on our last day, and our white clothes had yellow stains on them, not saying this would happen to everyone but something to note.

The house was very cozy. I brought my wife, 3 kids, and 4 dogs. The backyard was a great amenity to have and it was fenced in. It was spacious enough for my dogs to run around in and it was clean. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the city, so makes it for a more relaxing atmosphere.

This place was a quiet and peaceful with a huge back yard. We had some family members over one night and there was still a lot of yard space. We would definitely stay again.

Had everything you’d expect and then some. Can’t beat it. Only thing a bit wild about it was the cleaning fee, although I feel like the owner doesn’t have much control over but it’s still a bit steep considering its more than the actually price of the stay.
