This home was beautiful and functional in a great location. It was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had all the basics - coffee supplies were greatly appreciated! I also appreciated the dog friendly park and beach. I wish we’d had more time to just hang out at the house! Only issue was the body wash and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty which we didn’t discover until too late before departure. (Short stay). There really wasn’t time to notify anyone so I’ll just knock one star off cleanliness because I’m sure they would have corrected it if we had been there longer. Irritating though given the high cleaning fees - better service is expected on basic things like that. Aside from that it really was a wonderful place to stay.

The Little House #86 was the perfect size for us, river front with a nice grass area. Beautiful sunsets. It had a nice size patio with a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the views. The house was clean over all but the pots and pans and some dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned before using, we ended up cleaning all the dishes before using them. The plastic dish rack was dirty with food, dirt and dead bugs. I felt like I needed to clean the whole kitchen before using it. They had two can openers both didn't work. A wine opener that was bent and unusable. A potato peeler that wasn't usable. A tiny cutting board that was so beat up and dirty looking we didn't use it. There were no sharp knifes, only a large cerated bread knife. We had to go to the local Dollar General and pick up a can opener, corkscrew, knife and some paper plates. It wasn't a deal breaker but we were charged an outrageous $185.00 cleaning fee when we booked it and then we end up having to clean, not cool.
