Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber und super zentral gelegen. Check in und Kommunikation waren toll. Eines der Fenster in meinem Zimmer war leider kaputt (ließ sich nicht richtig verriegeln) und auf meine Nachricht diesbezüglich wurde nicht reagiert. Auch war der Müllraum unangenehm überfüllt, wobei das wahrscheinlich nicht am Hotel sondern an den Gästen lag.

This is an apartment hotel which works really well for a city break and coming in and out using the key code. The bathroom was good, there were options for doing laundry and the location is super central. There are only two things that could improve it (a) having easier communication - to use the luggage locker or to speak to anyone you need to call customer service based offsite which was a bit of a hassle and (b) a couple of cooking essentials like oil, salt and pepper would have been useful.

Forenom is a very nice apartment hotel in the centre of Lund, close to restaurants and shops as well as the train station. Large rooms with good standard. Access to a small gym with sauna and laundry facilities.

Poloha ubytovania bola velmi dobra, blizko potravin, centrum mesta Lund, blizko zeleznicnej stanice. Pred prichodom o 16:00 mal hostitel poslat kod k odomknutiu zamku, tento kod neposlal a nereagoval na spravy. Nakoniec sme situaciu riesili cez linku pomoci Forenom, kde najprv tvrdili, ze nasa rezervacia neexistuje, neskor ju nasli a poskytli nam kod. Tymto kodom sa odomykal aj vytah a dvere na izbe, ale niekolko minut v prvy vecer kod v celej budove nefungoval. Izba by mohla byt lepsie upratana, chuchvalce prachu na dlazke okolo steny. Postel nebola pohodlna, bol len mini vaknus. Dorazne upozornenia na setrenie elektrinou a kurenim - napriek tomu sme pri prichode nasli otvorene okno a zimu na izbe. Izba sa nedala vykurit na viac ako 21 st. V kupelni chybal sprchovy gel a sampon.
