We had such a wonderful time at Kim and Mikes. The place was well stocked and comfortable and had a beautiful view. Kim and Mike were incredibly responsive and helpful. We hope to rent again next year.

Great place to stay. It was right on the water and great location for the Wine Trail. It fit all of us very nicely for what we were there to do. We didn’t utilize the kitchen but it seemed to be stocked with everything you would need. Seems to be newly renovated and done nicely. If you are not able to climb stairs well, I would be careful with the stairs. They were very steep but no one with us had any issues. Overall a 10/10 stay and would recommend to anyone and will be back!

We absolutely loved our "workstation" stay at The Cape! It was just the perfect place to escape from it all and immerse ourselves in a very calming and peaceful environment. Its location is just unbeatable, walking distance to the Kayuga Lake State Park and Wolffy's Grill and Marina. It's a short drive to nearby towns. The Cape is very well appointed all throughout. The beds are very comfortable; we were very pleased to find a fully furnished kitchen so that we could cook our own meals. We enjoyed the comfy sofa and large TV in the living room. The deck and back terrace were perfect to sit outside and to enjoy the views of the lake, the sunrises, and the wildlife that frequents it, such as Great Blue Herons, geese, ducks and hawks. Make sure to bring your camera and binoculars! Kim and Mike are super friendly, responsive and helpful, certainly one of the best hosts that we have ever experienced. We highly recommend this place and we're keeping it saved for future visits to the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Very cozy house and great view of the lake . Perfect spot to explore all the local lakes .
