Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The Panoramic view and sunsets are probably the best in Humboldt County. Welcome to your private oasis in Mckinleyville, California. This beautiful house features Two bedrooms and one bathroom with approximately 1000 ft.² of living space. Enjoy the convenience of a single story floor plan with high ceilings and custom interiors throughout the home. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, including a king bed and a queen bed with lamps and a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom.The bathroom features a tub/shower combo with a vanity tile space and a custom slate shower. Step outside and enjoy the beautiful outdoor space, with the front porch and the balcony at the back, Furnished with Adirondack chairs, Enjoy grilling on the barbecue while taking in these stunning Ocean Views. There is a massive yard and a smaller fenced area for dogs to run and play. Inside the home features multiple floors materials including carpet laminate and slate throughout. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, an open concept design and gorgeous granite countertops and a bistro table for two.The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather couch, a leather recliner and a TV. Additional amenities include a laundry room with the washer and dryer ironing board and iron. There are three TVs, two are smart TVs one is a TV with Roku available. The private property has parking in the driveway enough space for 2 to 3 cars. The location is perfect, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby in the Mad River hospital just 2.5 miles away. You enter Property through a private gate which you will be given a access code prior to your reservation.

we absolutely loved the barn! It was so pretty and peaceful. Perfect yard for all of us to play. I love the rusic/farm feeling you get when you pull up. My brother was able to get some great images of the stars from the hillside driveway. the gated area was extremely helpful for letting our dog out in the morning. thank you so much! Would 100% visit again.

Staying at the Barn was so peaceful and beautiful for my family. We stayed over Easter and did an egg hunt on the property. Toni was super responsive and gave us excellent recommendations on local beaches, tide pools. The house itself is an impeccably remodeled barn with beautiful views. Spotless everything, well equipped. Wonderful shower and bathroom amenities. Amazing kitchen that was well equipped with everything you could ever need. Very private yet 7 mins from a Safeway. 15 mins away from best beach (Moonstone), cute town (Trinidad) and about 30 mins away from the beautiful redwood national park. Can’t recommend enough!!

Toni’s place was very peaceful, quiet and had amazing views of the ocean and surrounding hills. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Full size kitchen appliances and spacious granite countertop space. We had an amazing time bringing our dogs on the holiday trip and being outside in nature every day of the week. Trinidad beach, moonstone beach, hiking trails and local downtown areas were gorgeous. Toni was hospitable, friendly and even offered homemade food. She was super responsive and respected our privacy. We would absolutely consider booking her Airbnb again the future! :-)
