Gorgeous house and location. We felt really well looked after with plenty of local recommendations and a generously-stocked fridge on arrival. A great base to explore the region from and to come back to relax. Enjoyed cooling off in the pool and taking in the views from the deck. Property is not fully fenced for kids/dog but it was easy enough to keep an eye on them.

Fantastic house, property and host! We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail - fresh milk, eggs and wine were waiting for us with a detailed house manual. We also loved the outdoor touches - heater, blankets and a full propane tank. Clare is a great little town nearby (not walkable need car) and biking the beautiful Riesling trail was a highlight. If you want an effortless vacay in idyllic wine country, this is for you!
