peaceful getaway that was homely and wonderful and very on spot with regards to instructions. Austin is a great, responsive host. felt right at home. would love to stay again if I return to the area!

Third time staying at Austin's place. I often visit Kalamazoo for work, and now always check Austin's house first when searching for a place to stay. House is clean and comfortable, close to downtown and university, yet neighborhood is quiet. Austin is a great host,always ready to help, generous, and easy to communicate.

Second time staying at Austin's house. Everything is great: room is nice and peaceful, bathroom is clean, kitchen has everything you might need and the whole set up is very well thought out. Austin is amazing host, friendly and helpful. His flexibility was a great help with my work schedule.

Austin is a great host, friendly and welcoming. He gave me very clear instructions about the parking and how to get inside the house. The house is nice and clean, comfortable and very well organized. Room on the second floor was clean,simple, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, at the same time very close to everything in the town.
