Cozy & Adorable lower stacked apartment (Ground and basement bedroom - all receive good natural light) in a peaceful Ajax neighbourhood. 1 minute walking from park and 2 mins car drive from Durham center (Cotsco etc.) This stylish apartment has a working kitchen. 1 bedroom with sitting and living room with TV and 1 full bath with bathtub. There is 1 queen bed and 1 couch convertible to queen size bed. Separate entrance from garage. The backyard access needs caution and you can use patio Spacious living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom and washroom stacked as a duplex so lot of space

We had a great stay! It was clean and Priyanka was super friendly and responsive! We would definitely stay there again! Very convenient for our sports travel! She gave great recommendations for any questions I had and we were able to feel comfortable in our living space!
Cozy place with everything we need inside, provided with kids toys , books and the owner is very friendly and willing to provide what we asked for (high chair, heater …)

We are excited to welcome guests and ensure a comfortable stay. 100% accessible if you need any help as we will stay on the 1st and 2nd floor in the upper stacked townhome.
