They will only need access to the exterior areas of the home only. -Beach gear provided (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach towels). -Top Bunk Beds are meant for children only, please no adults. -Pool/spa equipment is to be operated by management only, please do not tamper with the equipment itself.
