Overall Tia’s place was a 5/5 and I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone traveling with a larger group. We stayed with a group of 7 for our annual bowling event in Scranton but we had a few others join us for lunch before our afternoon bowling event and it was plenty of space. Everyone raved about how nice the house was and appreciated the incredible level of detail that made everyone feel at home. The location is within miles of anything you could need during your stay. The home was absolutely spotless upon arrival and exactly as described in the ad. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and has excellent views. (Bring your camera). The actual neighbors were quite friendly and everyone seemed welcoming of us being in the area. Tia was very responsive to my questions prior to our stay and honestly there was no need to contact her during the stay as everything was perfect. Book away!

This was my third stay at Tia's place, and I just love it. She is a fantastic host-- very responsive, helpful, and friendly-- and her house is spotless and comfortable, with many added touches to help us feel right at home. We'll certainly be back every time we're in SWB. 10/10.

The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Tia thought of everything we could possibly need and was responsive and extra helpful when we needed a little flexibility. The game room was such a fun bonus for unwinding and family bonding! We will be back!!
