On check in we were initially disappointed that the apartment was not as described, there was some cleanliness issues and the shower was over a tub which was not suitable for us, however once this was communicated to the seascape team they were extremely proactive and helpful and arranged a new apartment for us immediately which didn’t disappoint- obviously it’s a bit annoying having to unpack & pack up again but worth it overall. Overall the location was perfect, the pool was dreamy and the kids were highly entertained!

The location of the apartment was great, and the size of the apartment was great for a family of four. We have stayed at a different ground floor apartment at Sea Temple previously, and unfortunately this one wasn’t up to the standard we had experienced before. It was nothing huge, but a combination of little things that add up. There is a noticeable musty smell to the apartment, and one of the rooms smelled like urine. Our feet were dirty from the floors inside, the couches and cushions were stained, the cover is coming off the microwave and the toilet seat is broken and slides around. The positives are definitely the location- the apartment we had was on the ground floor and near the walk up end of the pool. Great for kids. Cooking facilities were handy. Communication from Seascape was great. I had a couple of questions beforehand and they answered really quickly. Check in was easy and plenty of info provided.

Beautiful surroundings, good to have use of pool and amenities and also self catering. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you
