Nestled in the serene countryside, our Villa offers a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are a new listing and are looking forward to hosting some lovely guests. The Villa sleeps 5 it offers3 cosy bedrooms, two double and one single,and a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two small children or an additional adult. The Villa has two bathrooms,one located inside and the other outside on the patio area. Da die Villa in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung liegt, hat uns Annaleis einen Geo-PIN geschickt, womit die Villa sehr gut zu finden war. Kleiner Tipp: Man bleibt so lang es geht auf der SS285 und vermeidet die kleine Bergstraße. Begrüßt haben uns Bruno und Giovanni, die sich hervorragend um das Haus und die Gäste kümmern. Sie sprechen englisch, französisch und deutsch und geben sehr gute Tipps. Die Villa liegt in den Bergen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf Termini Imerese und das Meer. Sie ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Durch die Lage sind die sehr heißen Sommertemperaturen viel besser zu ertragen. Sowohl Palermo als auch Cefalù sind recht schnell erreichbar, um entweder ins Stadtleben einzutauchen oder am Strand und Meer zu sein. Aber auch die Berge der Madonie sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen Die vielen Tipps in den Beschreibungen haben uns sehr geholfen. Für alles andere haben Bruno und Giovanni gesorgt. After a month in Palermo, Annaleis’s place in Termini Imerese was the perfect getaway. It was peaceful and quiet, yet only a few minutes drive to the town of Caccamo. The drive up the mountain was intimidating at first, but once we learned to stay on SS285 and ignore the gps’s instructions to take the smaller roads, it was a breeze getting to the home. The caretaker of the home reached out on a regular basis to check in with us and see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

Villa Tutti is 3 minutes away from the beautiful medieval town of Caccamo. Ten minutes down the hill is the larger town of Termini imerese. There are bars and restaurants in both towns.. Caccamo has a few supermarkets which sell fresh bead and have all the local delicacies to try.. if you prefer a bigger supermarket we use Euro Spar in Termini imerese. Villa Tutti is situated in a quiet neighbourhood please respect our lovely neighbours.
Mosquitoes are a pest. There are mosquito nets over the beds. In the evening there are raid rings available and citronella candles. I also use mosquito spray in the evening. Take some with you if you are visiting in the Summer months.
The town of Palermo is easy to access by train from Termini train station. The cost is minimal and the trains are regular. The city of Palermo is fabulous. If you are wanting a cultural experience Palermo offers beautiful historical buildings, high quality shops, bars and restaurants. On Sunday mornings visit the Palermo marina flea market and pick up a shabby chic bargain.
Caccamo has a number of great restaurants. The garden bar in the centre of Caccamo offers live music usually on a Friday or Saturday evening it has a great vibe with friendly bar staff on hand the bar snacks are good too.. The castle bar in the town centre offers a perfect spot to enjoy people watching from. Sicilians of Caccamo come out in the late evening to socialise and cool down. The road is pedestrianised on Saturday and Sunday evening allowing children and families to safely walk up and down the cobbled streets.
