Ms Yuniar’s place is in a perfect location, i found this place to be very clean,comfortable and perfectly sized for my whole family. Ms Yuniar was very accommodating and very helpful since beginning. I totally recommend it. Ps. Maybe next ms yuniar can add extra bed just in case any guest need more bed.

Pros: - strategic location. Its in the middle of eveything - walkable distance to brawijaya university and cafes - safe surroundings - apart from the the bathroom in the master bedroom, the place is squeaky clean Cons: - the host did not mention that ac is only available at the master bedroom. The other 2 rooms were super hot even in the evening - The sole reason why we came to malang in the first place was to attend graduation, but we could not take a shower nor even went to the loo on that day because the waterpump had probably been broken for few days even before we arrived. The plumber arrived late so no shower, plans ruined. We had to go to to the mosque to use bathroom - the bathroom in the master bedroom SMELL SO BAD. We could even smell it from the living room if the bedroom door was open. Someone had mentioned one of these points beforehand in the comments but unfortunately i did not read it. I do hope they will improve
