The dining room is separated by French doors and has a 12 person table, custom lighting, and contemporary artworks. The chef's kitchen, with picture windows onto the backyard and swimming pool, has two sinks, a large island, and a professional 36" 6-burner stove. The sunny eat-in kitchen also has a family room with 65" TV The kitchen opens onto a large, screened-back porch with dining for 10. Through the screen door is bench-seating on a large, elevated patio. The fully-fenced half-acre backyard has a 42 x 16' swimming pool with an 8 x 5' jacuzzi, great for laps, loungers, and families.
