This is beautiful Cerdedigion. Fantastic views from your tent. Walking, cycling, beaches and Welsh castles on your door step. Be at one with nature, listen to the birds in the tranquility of this quirky tent, field kitchen and its surroundings with the comfort of modern amenities just 20m away. The tent comes equipped with 2 single mattresses on a carpeted floor, a sheet and pillow. All other bedding be it sleeping bag or duvet to be supplied by the guest. A light and electric for recharging. The tent has 2 single mattresses on a carpeted floor. Sheet and pillow provided all other bedding and comforts to be supplied by the guest. Tent has basic electrical supply. Next to the tent is a field shelter that contains the basics for DIY cooking. A modern shower, loo, sink and hot wash up is available in the main house some 20m from tent.

Our second stay at Patrick’s tent, a great place in a beautiful setting. Very convenient and instructions all very clear. Really nice to have access to the bathroom with shower and toilet whilst camping. Really enjoyed exploring the fields and will definitely be back in the summer. 10/10.
We had a fantastic stay. Absolutely stunning location. Great set up with electric in the tent, kitchenette area with kettle and cooler box. We enjoyed having a coffee in the morning and taking in the views. Great to have a private bathroom. Patrick was a great host, very responsive and helpful and even gave us a lift to the beach. Pub and shop ten mins walk away also very handy. Will definitely return.
A magical place - well set up sent under a tree in a serene field. Patrick has set up such a great place, really good field kitchen with things to make tea / coffee and a comfy chair. Loved walking down to look at the river in the morning and went to sleep listening to the river. Tent had a little light and plugs and two single mattresses - really cosy. Will be back.
La tente était bien étanche et spacieuse, mais la plate-forme mérite d’être plus à l’horizontale 😊 La route a proximité fait forcément un peu de bruit. Sacs de couchage de secours très bienvenus pour les têtes en l’air 😂🤗
Sturdy little canvas tent. Has everything you might need for a short stay without the luxuries. It was fun reading the instructions on the plates all over the property, and the family photos in the utility room is a nice touch, although maybe not intentional, they do tell a story! Patrick came out to bid us a farewell. Thank you for your hospitality!

Aberystywth with it beautiful promenade is only 6 miles away. 3 miles of sandy beaches at Borth and Ynylas a mere 2 miles. Cycling routes, mountain and coastal walks abound everywhere.
The main road is within 500m of the property where you can pick up the X28 bus service North or South. Nearest railway station is Borth and Bowstreet.
